About the event
Inspired by the biblical conquest of Jericho, this intensive hiking event challenges participants to complete seven circuits around Enchanted Rock's granite dome, followed by a proving ascent to its summit. Building on the success and lessons of our 2024 inaugural event, Jericho 2025 continues our mission of strengthening both faith and fellowship through shared challenge.
The 16-mile journey mirrors the Israelites' test of faith and obedience, transforming physical endurance into spiritual growth. Just as Joshua's army maintained unwavering trust during their seven-day march, participants experience how sustained dedication and community support forge lasting spiritual resilience.
This isn't merely a hike—it's a purposeful journey that combines physical challenge, spiritual reflection, and brotherhood. Whether navigating the crushed granite trails or conquering the final 425-foot ascent, each step offers an opportunity to deepen faith, forge bonds, and overcome personal limits.
